GENERAL INFO:
***EVERY DRIVER MUST REGISTER AND ALL DRIVERS AND SPECTATORS MUST SIGN WAIVERS AT THE TRACK***
Drivers are asked to pre-register. Pit opens at 9:30 AM, with a drivers' meeting at 10:00 AM. Please be on time if you're driving! If you're not there before the drivers' meeting, we will do our best to accommodate you but you likely will miss your first run.
The event will run regardless of weather, unless dangerous road conditions exist en route to the track. If the event is to be cancelled it will be posted on the Winter Rally X facebook group page by 7:00 AM on race day so keep checking.
DIRECTIONS TO THE VENUE:
Travel south from Regina on Hwy 6. You will drive south for six miles (9.6km) from the Ring Road / Albert St. South interchange. At the Triad Trampolines sign, turn right and travel 3 miles (4.8km) west.
The entire event is outdoors; there are no buildings to watch from and stay warm. Spectator vehicles are permitted to idle in the pit area. Food may or may not be available for purchase - this will be posted in advance. Washrooms may or may not be available depending on the day.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
SPECTATORS: Must sign on-site waiver.
DRIVERS: There are two ways to Register. The first is to use the Online Registration Form. The second is to print the entrant form from the Waivers page and send it completed to WinterRallyX@gmail.com. Please ensure you have filled in the date you are registering for as well as all other info except the technical inspection.
Payment of your fees by email transfer to WinterRallyX@gmail.com reserves your spot. You'll get a confirmation email and the number of spots left will be updated on the event page to a maximum of 25 drivers. This will help ensure we get started on time on race day.
If you are running the rental racecar instead of bringing your own, the vehicle info section can just be filled in with the word "rental".
Registrations are non-refundable if you cancel or no-show. Refunds or transfers will be made if an event is cancelled. If you're going to trade or sell off your spot, you must send a new form with the new driver info and tell us who to swap it for. Race numbers will be issued on race day and site waivers will need to be signed at the track.
Registrations close at 6:00 PM the day before the race.
FEES:
Track fee: $20 per driver per day
Rental car fee: $40 per driver per day
Spectators: FREE with site waiver

Please bring a CAR as your race vehicle. No trucks/vans/suvs due to risk of rollover and damage to the track.
Quads, bikes, Side-by-sides, sleds etc are not permitted unless running in a dedicated special event.
